Please Pray :o)

I read some slightly more updated reports about our 2 little pumpkins- Julius and Paul. They were for immigration.

Julius is quite healthy, he sounds slightly more delayed in his skills than Paul who is 3 months younger. (Julius turns 4 in June, Paul turns 4 in Sept.) Paul has a heart defect that they decided did not need repair. This concerns us, but our Samson has the best Pediatric Cardiologist in the state!! So we'll get his opinion too! Paul sounds quite active with his skills, picking things up playing with toys. Julius cries when sitting up for long periods. He prefers to lay down. They are not walking. Paul's strength seems weaker, due to his heart? Both have been hospitalized for upper respiratory things- pneumonia-bronchitis. This is very common in the winter in the orphanages. Some children die from these.

Please pray for all of our boys health. Please pray that it is God's Will for them to come home soon!

  1. Prayers for your sweet boys. Our first reports and second ones were quite different. I might be totally wrong here, but I felt like the first ones were written with input from people who knew them (caretakers, the director??) and the second ones from people who didn't (doctors/personal tasked to determine where they went on their next step??) I have no idea if this is true; but what was painted in the second report was quite a bit more discouraging then the first so I was really worried; it turns out the first reports were much more accurate. Prayers spring comes early and respitory buggies get blow out open windows very soon!!! Blessings, Jennifer

  3. I'll be praying!! Poor guys! Yana just had a CT done of her sinuses which are 100% blocked, and it has some fancy name :). So we are debating what is to be done as she has always struggled with sinus issues according to her medical history. I know I am sick to death of her always having a chapped face and snotty oozy nose. I feel so bad for her!

  4. Praying for them. We got news from another parent who met our Paula. It wasn't good news in many ways. It just made us more determined though. Paula will be 5 in April. Please pray for her too.
